Here is how I would handle this if I were the Judge. I would get a Nissan, wrap his right arm in the seat belt, and speed off until his arm was torn off, but don’t let him die, he would spend the rest of his life in prison, and I would do the exact same thing to every one of his friends that helped him that day, and this shit would stop.
